The UEFA Euro 2008TM organizers and host city authorities are doing their best to provide spectators with convenient access to the game venues. To encourage fans to leave their cars behind and take the bus or train instead, match tickets can also be used as bus or rail tickets throughout Austria and Switzerland for the games in June.

On the date of the game, fans can use their match ticket on the public transport system throughout Austria and Switzerland as well as in the respective Host City or state. This offer is available on the date of the game and until 12:00 noon on the following day.

The ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railway) will offer a special Euro-08 “Vorteilscard” (discount card) to provide those who do not have a stadium ticket and plan to watch the games in one of the Host City fan zones with inexpensive and convenient access by train.

Trains to and from the football stadium in Wals-Siezenheim will operate every ten minutes. The ÖBB plan to carry nearly 12,600 fans to and from each of the prequalification games in Salzburg.

Visit the ÖBB website for more information on combined tickets and other offers.
